late fees will be charged in increments of 10 minutes:
$15 fee for the first 10 minutes late then $5 additional fee for each increment of 10 minutes late until 7:30 p.m.
** Doors will be locked promptly 8:00 pm and boarding pricing will be incurred + $5 each meal
